Sandy Vans Return Form

Our Return Policy at Sandy Vans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of products that are in new condition, in their original packaging and within 30 days of the purchase date. We do however charge a 20% restocking fee and will deduct return shipping from the refund amount. Please note, we cannot accept returns on used items or items that have been damaged. 

In order to process your return include your order details, photos of the product you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and provide a refund for the purchase price, minus any applicable shipping, handling fees, and a 20% Restocking fee. Please note, all refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase on our website.
